i am ablte to save file and close without checkbox, and second thing if you both check box checked so there is no error show.

Its working in my system. please check macro security setting. your macro setting enable or disable if disable this code will not work.

Hi,

i have change  the trust setting and reopen the file but if i check the "save file" so the file is not saved automatically and i save the manually file "ctrls+s" so no show error message as per the Vijay Kumar concern.

This file is working absolutely working fine, I am sorry i have some mistakes in this files yesterday that's the reason this coding is not working.
